Warranty Credit

American Control Electronics will issue credit for any product that was purchased directly from American Control Electronics that is returned within the warranty period and has not been installed. American Control Electronics will issue a credit at the price the product was purchased, less shipping and a restocking fee.

Warranty Repair

American Control Electronics will repair at no charge any product manufactured by American Control Electronics that is returned within the warranty period. Shipping charges to and from the factory still apply.

Non-warranty Repair

American Control Electronics will evaluate any product manufactured by American Control Electronics, regardless of warranty status, to inform the consumer of any damages to the product and possible causes of such damage, so that the consumer may take the appropriate actions necessary to prevent future damages. Evaluations are performed at no charge. Shipping charges to the factory still apply. If the customer so wishes, American Control Electronics will repair at a charge any product manufactured by American Control Electronics that is returned outside of the warranty period. For products under $299.99, repairs are charged at a rate of 60% of list price. For products over $300.00, repairs are charged at a rate of 49% of list price. American Control Electronics reserves the right to deny a non-warranty repair for any reason, including such extensive damage to a product that it is rendered unrepairable.
