RGA403-3 DC Motor Control

RGA403-3 DC Motor Control

RGA Series

The RGA series of 4Q drives is well suited for applications that require the control of overhauling loads, frequent reversing or breaking. With on-board fusing and cage clamp power and logic terminals, installation has been made simple. Available in either open chassis style or in a NEMA 4X enclosure, the RGA series can be used in a wide range of environments. With the available field supply for shunt-wound motors, full assortment of adjustments that are standard on all our 4Q drives, and optional factory installed isolation module, the RGA series is a flexible and well equipped member of our 4Q family of drives.

Potentiometer Kit 202-0003 is included with a purchase of the RGA403-3

Features

  • 4Q Reversing: Regenerative / 4-Quadrant drives have the ability to perform quick and contactorless braking and/or reversing-on-the-fly
  • Isolated Logic: Allows floating or grounded 0 ± 250 VDC or 1 - 5, 4 - 20, or 10 - 50 mA signals
  • Field Supply Voltage output to energize the field winding of a shunt-wound motor
  • Stopping Modes: Inhibit (N.O.) for braking to a stop. Enable for coasting to a stop. Can be used for rapid starting and stopping
  • Tach Feedback: Accepts tachogenerator feedback for tighter speed regulation
  • On-board Fusing Drives include on-board fusing
