DCR300-120 Low Voltage Motor Control

DCR300-120 Low Voltage Motor Control

DCR Series

The DCR series are microprocessor based, low voltage PWM drives that are capable of braking and reversing regeneratively. The microprocessor allows for custom programming to fit any OEMs custom needs, sometimes eliminating the need for a PLC and/or sensors. They can even be programmed for use in the field without trimmer potentiometers, creating a simple install and a level of security for OEMs. Some models contain a “sleep mode” which extends battery life, and some contain a Fault LED with a built in flashing code for under voltage, over voltage, current limit, overheat, and short circuit. With features like pre-charge circuits, brake outputs, directionally based inhibits, you’re sure to find a drive to fit your needs.

Potentiometer Kit 202-0129 is included with a purchase of the DCR300-120

Features

  • Microprocessor Based: Allows custom programming for OEMs
  • 4Q Reversing: Regenerative / 4-Quadrant drives have the ability to perform quick and contactorless braking and/or reversing-on-the-fly
  • Ideal for Battery Powered Equipment: Maintains both set and / or variable speed even as battery voltage declines. Extends total running time of equipment
  • High Efficiency: Outputs up to 100% of the input voltage
  • Coil Output: Applies a voltage out to a brake coil when the drive is disabled or stopped
  • Pre-charge Circuit: Prevents large current in-rushes on power up to extend the life of power contacts
  • Sleep Mode: Drive enters sleep mode when disabled to extend battery life
  • Stopping Modes: N.C. enable coasts to a stop. N.O. inhibit brakes to a stop. Can be used for rapid starting and stopping
  • Temperature Sensor: Current limit automatically reduced if drive heats up
  • Diagnostic LEDs: Power, Status(Undervoltage, Overvoltage, Short Circuit / Current Trip, Overheat Warning, Overheat Trip)
  • Short Circuit Protection: Drive protects itself against a shorted motor
