|These drives are designed for 12 or 24 VDC non-regenerative motor applications. They can control permanent magnet
motors with peak current capacities up to 1.5 amps. 1Q drives are sometimes called “non-regenerative” or “uni-directional” drives. 1Q drives can only output voltage and current in one polarity and cannot oppose an overhauling load or decelerate a motor faster than the time it would take via a natural coast. Reversing must be done by swapping the motor wires via power contractors, switches, or relays and the load must come to a complete stop before reversing.
